it is from april 1985’s article ‘when the moguls ruled india’ and the description says
“Vivid streamers of newly dyed cotton are stretched to dry before the great sandstone wall of the Red Fort…”
it goes on to describe the fort in the background but that is the only detail on what is going on in the foreground!
